You will learn several tools and exercises that allow you to imagine career futures and to strategically realize your career potential. International experience is highlighted as an especially valuable asset. Some of the powerful tools are: Your personal board of directors, networking globally, fixed mindset vs growth mindset, and Odyssey Plans.
The lecturer, Dr. Joann Halpern, is the director of the Hasso Plattner Institute, New York and an adjunct professor at New York University. She was the founding director of the German Center for Research and Innovation (GCRI), which was created as a cornerstone of the German government’s initiative to internationalize science and research.
Her innovative workshop is presented by the Career Point of the University of Jena. All students of the EC2U partner universities are invited to join. The number of participants is not limited. The online workshop will be held in English – language level B2 is recommended.
