The very first EC2U Winter School on Public Diplomacy took place at the University of Pavia between the 2nd and the 6th of December 2019.

EC2U students were exempted from tuition fees and had the opportunity to attend daily sessions on different areas of Public Diplomacy, each introduced by prominent scholars and followed by interactive afternoon seminars, including workshops and discussions.

Three Master students from the University of Poitiers benefited from a full EC2U grant (covering travel, accommodation and living expenses) to participate to this event.
