R&D International Networks is an Office under the rectorate’s direct coordination to promote and disseminate opportunities for collaboration within international consortia in all fields of research and for all stages of development. 

Especially in the field of healthcare, there is a strong cluster in Coimbra and there is a wider number of opportunities in this area.
