Developed within the framework of a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), this initiative showcased the core values of the EC2U Alliance: cooperation, openness, and strategic internationalisation.

The Winter School served as a dynamic platform for academic synergy, bringing together a strong community of students, researchers, and professors from prominent EC2U Partner Universities, including the University of Poitiers (France), the University of Turku (Finland), Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany), the University of Coimbra (Portugal), and the University of Salamanca (Spain). This collaboration underscores the Alliance’s commitment to building a unified European campus where legal expertise and technological innovation converge.

Key highlights of the Alliance’s involvement included:

• A strong international community: The participation of EC2U representatives, alongside over 15 specialists and PhD candidates, strengthened the strategic dimension of academic cooperation.
• Global reach and openness: Reflecting the Alliance’s commitment to internationalisation, the event broadened its scope by welcoming participants from 11 countries, further enriching international dialogue.
• Academic excellence: By integrating the Winter School into a broader academic framework that included the 9th International Conference “Legal Perspectives on the Internet” (COPEJI 9.0), the EC2U Alliance continues to position its member universities as key contributors to European debates on digital law and emerging technologies.

Through the “Go Digital in Law” Winter School, the EC2U Alliance demonstrates that the future of European education lies in seamless collaboration, ensuring that the next generation of legal professionals is well prepared to address the digital challenges of a globalised world.
