Inclusive mobility is a shared priority across EC2U universities . These recommendations guide the actions each university takes to make sure all students can take part in mobility programs .

• Inclusive Education & communication practices: design curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment practices to be accessible and engaging for students with diverse learning needs. Provide inclusive communication & documentation (websites for ex).
• Training & professional development : provide regular training and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their understanding and implementation of inclusive practices.
• Accessible infrastructures : ensure that the university's physical spaces, digital platforms, and technological infrastructure are accessible and inclusive for all students. This includes making sure that buildings, classrooms, and halls of residence are designed to accommodate students with disabilities.
• Short-term mobility programs : develop and implement short-term mobility programs that are accessible to all students, regardless of their background.
• Collaboration between services : encourages collaboration between IROS, health and disability officers.
