VIQE-ML promotes interdisciplinary approaches and fosters collaboration and mobility across EC2U Partner Universities, supporting lifelong learning opportunities for all.

In practice, VIQE carries out the following activities:

• Two innovative research projects exploring how Higher Education Institutions (HEI) teach foreign languages and cultures, and how they address cultural biases and stereotypes on multilingual, multicultural campuses.
• Three research conferences to share the results of the research projects.
• A travelling exhibition on language and cultural diversity in EC2U regions.
• Hybrid Open Lectures on how to build sustainable intercultural relationships while avoiding cultural biases and stereotypes.
• The VIQE PhD Network, which builds a multidisciplinary expert community on Quality Education, notably thanks to adapted mobilities and workshops for PhD students and early career researchers.
• A Joint Master’s Programme on European Languages, Cultures and Societies in Contact.
