This two-week Summer School was the opportunity for the Ivan Franko National University professors to teach French, in France, to their students thanks to a personalised curriculum. Their programme was enriched with various social events to go beyond the academic framework and discover Poitiers and its surroundings. From sport activities to cultural exchanges, there was something for everyone. One day, they visited the Abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the other, they enjoyed roaming on paddle boards.
The full programme of courses and extracurricular activities allowed staff and students from Poitiers and Lviv to learn from one and other, share experiences, and create long-lasting relationships.
These two weeks were rich in emotion for all, whether it be for the students, the teachers, and all those who contributed to the success of this Summer School. This event shows the importance of collaboration, of strengthening this strategic partnership to see new projects flourish for students and staff across Europe.
