“The University of Pavia is proud to host the 4th Forum of the European Alliance “European Campus of City-Universities (EC2U)”. We strongly believe in the potential of the European Alliance to create a pan-European inter-universities campus and create an education eco-system through a new model of quality education for an inclusive civic society. The EC2U Forum will include a multiplicity of events, which will take place in the setting of the most beautiful historical buildings of Pavia, and during which not only the delegations of our European universities, but all citizens, will be invited to discover and share the stimuli that the Forum will bring to light, towards the future of shared knowledge and skills, without any linguistic, geographical or cultural barriers.”

Covid-19 Regulations
For people coming from Schengen countries:
EU Digital Covid Certificate or Green Pass issued upon completion of a vaccination cycle will be valid for 6 months only. In addition to that, many services and public transportation means require the use of a “Strengthened Green Pass” or “Super Green Pass” or equivalent certificate (vaccination or recovery only). If you do not hold a valid Green Pass, you may not have access to public transport, hotels, restaurants and other services and facilities. With Decree-Law of February 4, 2022 n. 5, the Government established an exception to the 6-month rule. Such exception applies to any person coming to Italy from abroad, whose vaccination or recovery certificate is older than 6 months. For the sole purpose of accessing services and facilities in Italy, which require the use of a Strengthened Green Pass, these individuals may show a proof of a negative test result, either molecular or antigenic. In this case, a molecular test is valid for 72 hours; an antigenic test is valid for 48 hours. Such exception applies as well to those who have received a vaccination with a vaccine not authorised by EMA or not recognized as equivalent in Italy. ”
We kindly advice to bring with you a printed copy of your Supergreen pass as in some places there could be difficulties to verify it by the appc19 since has not been issued in Italy.
Please note that people who does not have a valid Supergreen pass might have the access denied in restaurant, public transport and shop using the appc19.
As of 1st April some restrictions listed above should be modified as the situation for now seems getting better, however we recommend all of you to follow the current rules. Please note that all the updates are available here: https://infocovid.viaggiaresicuri.it/index_en.html
