WP8 focuses on the dissemination of the project. This can be done by promoting the core values and ideas of the RI4C2 project as well as the success stories of the different WPs. This objective will be reached by developing dedicated multiplier tools and events with key stakeholders, incl. the other Alliances.

In this context, WP8 is also in charge of the coordination of the FOREU2 group of Alliances.

Hence, the goal of this WP is both to coordinate FOREU2 and to make PEKE a reality, through communication on activities and dissemination of the results.

WP8 aims at promoting the RI4C2 project and PEKE to key stakeholders, including representatives from the European Commission, other Alliances and important actors from the EC2U PEKE as well as potential new partners. It aims at making the project and its results known to a wider audience, mainly during the EC2U Forum which take place every 6 months.

Moreover, with the coordination of FOREU2, it aims at sharing good practices and progress made on the implementation of R&I long-term strategies. Its purpose is also to focus on practices and measures taken/to be taken to ensure the mainstreaming of the gender dimension in R&I long-term strategies. Finally, working with FOREU2 will help with the identification of barriers – legal, financial and regulatory – at whatever level at which the barriers exist (local, regional or European), and attempt to overcome them.

• Fostering cooperation with other Alliances and share good practices.

In March 2023, a Speed Searching event took place in all partner universities. The aim was to promote the sustainable development research activities occurring in the partner universities in a speed dating fashion. Researchers had 10 minutes to present their work to students, before they switched to another presentation.
