WP4 is in charge of the technical digital platform to facilitate the seamless exchange of information through shared databases among the partner universities within the EC2U Alliance. Moreover, it plays a crucial role in supporting other Work Packages in disseminating various resources, such as Masterclasses, MOOCs, guidebooks, and other relevant materials related to gender equality, Open Science, Citizen Science, and R&I capacity of the partners to a wider audience. This platform enables efficient collaboration and knowledge-sharing, promoting the advancement of gender equality and other important areas of research and innovation within the Alliance and beyond.

The primary goal of WP4, “EC2U R&I Platforms,” is to provide digital support and coordination to the other Work Packages, thereby expanding the reach of the EC2U Connect Centre (along with its Knowledge Hub) to encompass the research and innovation (R&I) missions. This involves leveraging digital technologies to facilitate seamless collaboration, information exchange, and coordination among the various components of the EC2U Alliance. By doing so, WP4 aims to strengthen the digital infrastructure and capabilities of the Alliance, enabling effective implementation of its R&I missions and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for the benefit of all partners involved.

• The database includes documents on the following  topics:  Supervisor Development, Academic diplomacy, Project planning & management, Information on academic publishing, Academic writing, Leadership, Teaching, Ethics of research and R&I impact assessment, Branding of academic skills, Overview on research career paths or options, Technology transfer, How to be attractive for a labour market, and How to become an entrepreneur.

• Open databases with the research data about EC2U Local Knowledge Ecosystems, Open Science, Citizen Science, EC2U R&I capacities, Masterclasses about gender equality and Open Science.
